Meadowood House is a luxurious private house, seamlessly renovated to its Art Deco magnificence. The house was originally built in the 1930s and has been renovated over the last few years, offering guests the clean modern style of this glamorous and decadent era.
Relax at the house with a wine or coffee, and enjoy the surrounding gardens with 100-year old trees, views of the Tara Hills and neighbouring vineyards and orchards. You’re welcome to fire up the BBQ in true Kiwi style or get competitive with some lawn or board games. “We had the most incredible stay at Meadowood and could not have asked for more. The property was even more amazing in person, extremely tidy, all the amenities one would need, the Art Deco decor and the fairy light were just the perfect touches. Our friends and I could not stop raving about the home, and it was the best place to have a wholesome getaway to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. An Inviting Escape
Meadowood House is available for booking as a private house during the wedding off-season. This four bedroom Art Deco house has one king double, two queen doubles and a twin room. There are three bathrooms - two ensuites and a shared bathroom.
Guests of the house have a private garden dining space and lounge area, and separate BBQ area.
